I have been thinking about something that is very near to me that is joining the Armed Forces in the UK.
I failed my medical in August and I was gutted to say the least. I have since realised that my fitness is the key to me achieving my goal. This blog will show my running how far I have been running and what time I am getting. I am starting off slow but I willing and wanting to get my time down . I also need to work on swimming as I am not a great swimmer but that will develop with time.
I will get in even though I have to wait four years
